These Terms govern your use of Raahi (the “Platform”), operated by [registered company name] (“we”, “us”). By using the Platform or purchasing our assisted-filing service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What Raahi is — and is not

Raahi is a travel-information platform for Indian passport holders. Most of it is educational: visa rules, country facts, checklists, and tools. This information is compiled from public sources, may be incomplete or out of date, and is not legal or immigration advice. You must verify every requirement with the official embassy, consulate, or immigration authority before you travel.

We are a private company. We are not a government body, embassy, consulate, or visa-issuing authority, and we are not affiliated with any of them.

2. The assisted-filing service

Where offered, our assisted-filing service means a specialist reviews your application, completes the official form, and lodges it with the relevant authority or visa centre on your behalf as your authorised representative. You appoint us for this limited purpose by giving consent at checkout.

• Our service fee is for our work only. The government / visa-centre fee is separate, is set by the authority, and is paid at cost — we do not mark it up or profit from it.
• We do not decide visa outcomes. The grant or refusal of any visa rests solely with the issuing authority. No one can guarantee a visa, and we make no such promise.
• Some steps require you personally — most commonly biometrics and any interview. You must attend these yourself; we cannot do them for you.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information and documents you provide. We file what you give us; we cannot verify the truth of your documents.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or use the service through a parent/guardian) and able to enter a binding contract. For co-applicants you add, you confirm you are authorised to submit their details.

4. Fees, payment and refunds

Service fees are shown before payment and collected via our payment processor (Razorpay). Our refund commitments are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Your data

How we collect, encrypt, use, retain, and delete your personal data — and your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — are described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, submit false or fraudulent documents, use it for anyone without their authorisation, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend or decline service where we reasonably suspect fraud or illegality.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the assisted-filing service is limited to the service fee you paid for the affected application. We are not liable for the government fee, for travel or other costs, or for any indirect or consequential loss (including a visa refusal, delay by the authority, or missed travel). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date below reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law
