Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to the service fee for Raahi’s assisted-filing service. It does not apply to the government / visa-centre fee, which is set and handled by the authority (see below).

1. Two separate charges

• Our service fee — what you pay Raahi for reviewing, completing, and lodging your application. This policy governs it.
• Government / visa-centre fee — paid at cost to the embassy, consulate, or centre (e.g. VFS Global). These fees are generally non-refundable by the authority even if a visa is refused, and are outside our control. We do not refund government fees.

2. Our service-fee guarantee (the SLA)

Once we have everything we need from you, we commit to filing your application within the service-level window shown at checkout (for example, 3 business days for e-Visa/ETA cases). If we fail to file within that window through our own fault, we refund your service fee in full.

3. Cancellation before filing

• You may cancel any time before we file. If we have not yet begun substantive work, you receive a full service-fee refund.
• If we have already started reviewing and preparing your application, we may retain a reasonable amount for work done and refund the balance.
• Once your application has been filed with the authority, the service is complete and the service fee is non-refundable — the work has been performed.

4. What is not refundable

• A visa refusal, delay by the authority, or your inability to attend biometrics/interview — the outcome is not ours to control, and the work was still done.
• Delays or rejections caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or false information/documents you provided.
• Government fees, courier charges, or third-party costs.

5. How refunds are made

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. Timing on your statement depends on your bank/card issuer.

6. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email support@raahi.app with your case reference. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days. Unresolved concerns can be escalated via our Grievance Redressal process.
