We want problems fixed quickly. This page tells you who to contact and what to expect, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

What you can raise

• A concern about how your personal data was collected, used, or retained, or a request to access, correct, or erase it.
• A problem with an assisted-filing case — a delay, a service-fee refund, or the quality of service.
• Anything you believe breaches our Terms, Privacy Policy, or Refund Policy.

How to raise it

Email the Grievance Officer above with your case reference (if any), a description of the issue, and what outcome you want. Please include the email or phone number linked to your account so we can verify it’s you.

Our timelines

• We acknowledge your grievance within 2 business days.
• We aim to resolve it within 15 days, as required for data-protection grievances.

If you’re still not satisfied

You may escalate a data-protection complaint to the Data Protection Board of India, and a consumer complaint to the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the appropriate consumer forum.
